MTRelax User Agreement and Privacy Policy

This document contains the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for MTRelax. Please read it carefully before using the app.

Part I. Terms of Use

Welcome to MTRelax. By using this app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. Service

MTRelax provides relaxation features such as breathing practice, ambient sounds, haptic reminders, and widgets. Features may change as the app is updated.

2. Health and Safety

MTRelax is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you feel dizzy, chest tightness, increased anxiety, or any other discomfort, stop using the app and consult a doctor or other qualified professional if needed.

3. Payment and Entitlement

The current version is a paid-download iOS app. If a free version, subscription, or in-app purchase is introduced later, purchase, refund, and cancellation rules will follow Apple App Store policies.

4. User Conduct

• Do not use the app for unlawful, infringing, abusive, disruptive, or security-breaking purposes.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the app or its content without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party content or where otherwise stated, the app interface, text, audio, images, code, and other content are owned by us or our licensors.

6. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app for maintenance, compliance, product, or operational reasons. We will try to reduce impact on normal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by network conditions, device or system limits, third-party services, or improper use beyond what the law requires.

Part II. Privacy Policy

MTRelax is an app for breathing practice, ambient sounds, and relaxation. We keep data collection limited to what is needed to provide the app, record purchase entitlement, and maintain service reliability.

1. Information We Collect

• User identifier: a random in-app UUID used to recognize the same installation and avoid duplicate records.
• Purchase and entitlement information: app version and first activation or purchase time, used to record paid-download entitlement.
• Approximate region: system region code, such as CN or US, used for basic statistics and entitlement decisions.
• Local settings: language, sound, breathing, and haptic preferences are mainly stored on your device.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the app.
• To record paid-download users and preserve entitlement for future versions.
• To handle support requests, troubleshoot issues, and protect service security.

3. Sharing and Tracking

We do not sell your personal information and do not use the identifier above to track you across apps or websites. The current version does not include a third-party advertising SDK. If ads, subscriptions, or other third-party services are added in the future, we will update this policy before release and request any permission required by Apple.

4. Retention and Deletion

Entitlement records are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of relevant records. To prevent accidental deletion, we may ask for your in-app UUID or other necessary information to verify the request.

5. Children

MTRelax is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe such information was collected, please contact us.
